Nature of request: Warenne requests the king to take council on the attempts of the earl of Lancaster to make Warenne's people of Bromfield and Yale attorn themselves to him by threats. He further requests letters to Lancaster ordering him to cease making threats to the people, and that further letters be sent to the justices of Wales and Chester and to the sheriffs there to be ready to defend Warenne's lands.
