Blanche Wake, Lady Wake, states that she holds the manors of Bourne and Deeping in Kesteven in Lincolnshire, bordering the River Welland, for term of life, with the reversion to the Princess of Wales, and that a petition has been presented in parliament by certain people of Kesteven and Holland proposing a boundary between the two areas which could be to her disinheritance and that of other lords in those parts. She asks that nothing might be done on this petition without summoning her, the Princess' council, and any others who might be disinherited by this. |
