Accounts, receipts and affidavits concerned with the expenditure of the secret vote abroad in the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries are in HD 1. Accounts from the Consulate General at Meshed concerning payments from the secret vote, 1886-1892, are in HD 2. A letter book containing details of secret vote monies allotted to the Colonial Office, 1824-1873, is in HD 4.
