As to his position as acting executor of the will of Thomas Kemp of Ginns in Bewley, now that Bromefield hath carried John Kempe up to London and got himself made guardian of John Kempe, the son and heir of Thomas. With the legal opinion of Nicholas Jordan.

 

"I think it good that you should come to London sometime this term, if your brother Bromfield and sister will be there then and hope to settle the mater, after conference with you both"
