Administrative / biographical background: |
St Paul's was originally a temporary church erected in 1885 within the parish of St Barnabas Homerton. The permanent church was built in 1890-91 to the design of Henry Cowell Boys and St Paul's became a separate parish. The parish was reunited with that of St Barnabas in 1981 and St Paul's Church was declared redundant. |
