Alice Beaumund (Beaumont), widow of William Beaumont of Kingston Bagpuize.
Beaumund (Beaumont), Alice
King and council.
Nature of request:
Beaumund requests that the king remove his hand from the lands that her late husband granted to Beche for the term of 12 years which have been taken into the king's hand for certain reasons, and remain there still with the other lands of Beche. She has sued to the king and an inquisition was held by Ayliston and Hungerford that confirmed the matter.
Nature of endorsement:
Let the inquisition be viewed in Chancery, and if is agrees with the petition let a writ be made to remove the king's hand and restore the issues, and let it be directed to the keeper.
