Parties: John Hall, esquire, cupbearer in ordinary to the King. James I. Place or Subject: Surrender of Letters Patent of 22 Aug 4 James I granting to him and John Levingston, esquire, the King's servant in the Bedchamber, a half part of the goods and the chattels, plate, money etc, of: Sir Everard Digby late of Goathurst, Buckinghamshire, knight; John Graunt, late of Northbrook, Warwickshire, esquire; Ambrose Rockewood late of Stanningfield, Suffolk, esquire; Robert Winter late of Huddington, Worcestershire, esquire; Francis Tresham, esquire; Robert Catesby, esquire; Thomas Pearcy, gentleman; and Henry Garnett, clerk, (come to the King by reason of their attainder), recovered after the 23 July 1606. Also surrender of other Letters Patent of 28 Jan 4 James I. which granted to Sir William Anstruther, knight, the other half not exceeding the sum of 3,000 l.
