Arrangements with Yugoslav Government for the protection of British Special Agents. The group of agents concerned, headed by TRICYCLE, had operated, with great success, against the Germans under British control and there was (justified) concern that they would be perceived, wrongly, by Tito's post-war regime as German collaborators
