b. William Burnett of London, plumber.

 

c. Elizabeth, wife of 2b.

 

d. William Colthred of London, gent.

 

e. Mary, wife of 2d.

 

f. Abigail Aubrey widow of Nicholas Awbrey late of London, gent. 2a., 2c., 2e. and 2f. are the daus. and co-heirs of the said Charles Atherton).

In consideration of 5/- paid to 1. by 4b. and 4c. 1. at the request of 2a. and all the other parties assigns premises A. to 4b. and 4c. for the remainder of term of 2000 years in trust to attend the freehold and inheritance of the premises.

 

In consideration of 5/- each paid to 3a. and 3b. by 4a. 3a. and 3b. with the consent of 2a, 2b,2c,2d,2e and 2f. release the premises B to 4a. to the use of 4a. his heirs and assigns for ever.

 

4b. and 4c. declare that they will hold the interest in premises A. comprised in the term of 2,000 years in trust for 4a and his heirs and to the intent that they may wait upon and attend the freehold and inheritance of the premises.

 

CONSIDERATION: 4b. and 4c. pay 1. 5/-. 4a. pays 3a. and 3b. 5/- each.
