Of the Kings Head and piece of land belonging (2r.3p.) at Sandham, p. Brading, (with plan), which premises were assigned for 999 years on 22 June 1705 by Robert Warder of Newport, blacksmith, Mary Dyer of Bonchurch, widow, and Thomas Dawes of Godshill her son and heir to Joseph Westmore of the parish of Brading, soldier and after various assignments was assigned to the said Samuel Bailey on 16 March 1811, which premises are bounded on the north by Carters land, on the east by Winchester College land, on the south by the highway and on the west by the land of Sir William Oglander, Baronet

Bartholomew Urry of Little Budbridge, yeoman and Hannah, his wife

 

William Prior of Little Budbridge, yeoman and Mary, his wife

Which Simon, Hannah, Mary and Ruth are children and devisees under will of Samuel Bailey of Arreton, yeoman, deceased.
