Of their 2 third shares in a half share of several closes of land at Niton, which Anthony Orchard, the elder of Binstead by his will dated 13 April 1721, left in equal shares to his daughters Eleanor and Mary Orchard, which closes are described in AC 95/48/2 above dated 2 & 3 Oct 1746.

(1) Elizabeth Dunning of Portsmouth, spinster and Eleanor Dunning of the parish of West Wellow, Wilts, two of the three daughters of Mark and Eleanor Dunning, both deceased, which Eleanor the mother, was one of the sisters and coheirs of Anthony Orchard, deceased who was the only son and heir of Anthony Orchard of Binstead, deceased.
