Folio 147-148. Letter from Thomas Brightwell of Norwich [Norfolk], concerning arson at Great Ellingham [Norfolk], at the premises of John Barnard, destroying a barn, shed and various implements. The letter encloses a handbill offering a reward of £100 to anyone who gives information leading to the conviction of the incendiary. The government is asked to offer an additional reward.
