Commissioner Richard Hughes, Portsmouth. Receipt of warrants to receive the new 24-gun ship built by Messrs. Wyatt and Major at Beaulieu when launched and to open some more bundles of Jonathan Moulton's hemp to test for its quality. This morning, the Captain, Falkland, Nottingham and Lizard Sloop sailed from St Helens and the Shrewsbury's books have been sent by waggon.
