Endorsement: John Moigne, Sheriff, certifies that Robert Store was not found in the bailiwick and has no lands or chattels there. The lands and chattels of William Martell were extended.

Note: Date given for return to Chancery: 27/1/1389 M.2: Extent made at Bath before John Moigne, Sheriff of Somerset, Fri. 15/1/1389: William Mantell holds in fee in the city of Bath two tenements, one of which he demised before the recognisance to Deudenays Relde and Denise his wife, and John, their son, to hold for their lives, paying William 15s. a year. He gave the other tenement to Margery, who was the wife of Walter Merkele, to hold for their lives for 15s. a year. William has a brass bowl and other utensils in his house at Newton St Philip, worth 5s. Dorse: Memo. 6/5/1387 William Chok received the goods and chattels and rent.
