Receipt of letter advising that Mr. Hayword of Lymington said he would send Mr. Jobber the master of the hoy to be heard concerning the loss of the hoy, but have heard nothing of him. Meanwhile he and his officers are at large expense. Jeremiah Painter, formerly master of the Assistance, wishes that if a warrant is granted him, that he is here for this trial. |
