Raphe Tomlyn, clerk, parson of Wakeley, v. Edward Hyde. A barn commonly called Wakeley chapel. Whether it is the parish church of Wakeley, and whether divine service had ever been held in it? Bells in it; burials in or near it. Lands called the parsonagelands. Whether the farmers of the manor of Wakeley had paid tenths for the parsonage of Wakeley? Alleging that the chapel had formerly been used for divine service upon St Giles day only, and as a barn during the rest of the year. Herts.
