Thomas Clerk: Payment of a pension of 6l. 13s. 4d. by the owner of the scite and demesnes of the late abbey of Hyde to the vicar of Saint Bartholomews, in Hyde, near Winchester. What arrears thereof were due to Thos. Cawle, late vicar, by John Ward, late leather seller of London, while he was lord of such demesnes? Touching sand, &c., carried away from the scite and demesnes of the abbey by John Ward to his then house in the manor of Worthie Pawncefeld. Touching an award of 40l. to defendant.: Southampton
