Plaintiff(s): John Baylye.

Defendant(s): William Dodington, owner of the manor and demesne lands of Bulbarne Breamore.

Subject of depositions: Two water mills in the town of Bremer, in the occupation of plaintiff and possession of defendant. Right of way claimed by plaintiff through the Site of the late priory of Bremer (Southampton), for the necessary repair of the mills and the weare thereto belonging. [John Gastard, John Stockman, and Mr Bunckley, sometime tenants of the mills, are mentioned].
