Description:

Folio 750.

To: The Local Government Act Office.

From: William Baker, Clerk to the Lymington Local Board, Lymington [Hampshire].

Subject Matter: Letter returning the byelaws with alterations in accordance with the terms of the letter of the 13 December 1867. Baker submits that byelaw 109 meets the case of offenses under byelaw 54 and that there is no reason to insert byelaw 34 contained in the circular referred to. He also observed that in consequence of the insertion of a penalty clause for the breach of any byelaws for the regulations of slaughter houses it was necessary to amalgamate numbers 90 and 91 which now together form 91. He returns the old sheets showing alterations.
