Subject Matter: Letter enquiring as to a person who has been adjudicated as a bankrupt and the fiat against them has not been annulled, where he is qualified to act as a member of the Local Board. Bailey also asks as to what course should be adopted where a person several years since compounded with his creditors is likewise qualified. |
