Subject Matter: Letter giving notice of 4 indentures made on the 20 July 1858 between the Luton Local Board [Bedfordshire] and John Twells, George Parks, Joseph Jackson and William Croft of 93 Cheapside, London, trustees and directors of the General Annuity Endowment Associates, regarding the consent by the General Board on the 28 April 1858 for Luton Local Board to the borrowing of £3416 with interest on the credit of the Special District Rates, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Health Act 1848.
