Subject Matter: Letter enquiring whether there is anything to be added to the Public Health Act 1848 which renders it necessary for the accounts relating to the byelaws to be audited by the Justices of the Peace, or must the Highways accounts be audited in a non corporate district, by an auditor of accounts relating to the relief of the poor.
