From: Edward Williamson, Clerk to the Justices for the Luton Division, Luton [Bedfordshire].

Subject Matter: Letter with reference to letter of the 13 March 1850 respecting the report made by Mr Cresy on the sanitary condition of the town of Luton. Williamson requests on behalf of the principal and influential inhabitants of the town, to lay before the Board, the enclosed statement suggesting that a limited boundary should be adopted for the purpose of the [Public Health] Act 1848 instead of extending it over the whole parish.
