Folio 86: Richard Hale, Clerk of the Cheque, Sheerness Dockyard. He received a list from Jeremy Gregory, Clerk of the Cheque at Chatham, of the men, who had been turned over to the Boyne. Afterwards he received another list from Mr. Gregory of the men who had Run, with an instruction from Sir Edward Gregory to muster those, who appear at Sheerness, and supply him with the names. Richard Hale will only supply victualing warrants for those that make an appearance. |
