Folios 153-154. Letter from R B Spencer, Clerk to the Guardians of the Basford Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Board. He forwards details of the arrangements for medical relief in the union. The enclosed form give names, date of appointments, salaries and districts (including area and population size) for the following medical officers: William Scott Smith; William Heywood Paulson; Alfred Elsworth; John Fowler; Edgar Henry Longstaff; William Morley; Wright Allen; John Orton; [William Aemelry]; [Landford Fatham Davison] and Edward Burrows.

Annotated: [Messers] Longstaff, Morley and Allen appear to be new officers.
