Report on the state of the drainage works at Burnham, [Burnham on Sea, Somerset]; comments that contractors were allowed to continue although the engineer was not satisfied with their work, replacement contractors were also unsatisfactory, some of the work must be redone and recommends that all of it should be examined; discusses whether procuring a public water supply is necessary for small towns such as Burnham or if adequate water can be supplied from wells. With a note to send a copy of the report to Burnham.
