Archibald Dow, Deputy Naval Storekeeper, Antigua. Is sending, on the Lord Hyde packet boat, which and leaves tomorrow for Montserrat and the other Leeward islands on the way to England, the returns for August. He is unable to send the monthly and quarterly accounts for September as the imminent departure of the boat had left no time to prepare them. The next packet boat goes to Jamaica and will not call here. |
