Owen Sutherland, Purveyor, Lyndhurst. The management of the New Forest which was set out in Sir Isaac Townsend's warrant of March 1716 and the Act of Parliament passed in King William's reign, is not being followed. Proposes ways in which the timber, suitable for Navy use, can be better managed.
