Mr Sutherland, Purveyor, Lyndhurst. Further to the postscript to his letter of the 7th, when he said that Mr Whitworth had ordered his Deputy to carry off the timber and Mr Dummer had ordered his workmen to do the same, the Deputy now tells him that the Surveyor General has said that it has been agreed by both sides that the timber will remain where it is until the case is resolved. |
