Nature of request: [The petition is damaged with a portion of the right-hand side of the document being missing, and a considerable part of the remainder being illegible].The petitioner complains of threats against him made by Elliot who, with many evildoers arrayed for war, came to his house and broke it so that he cannot reside in his country. He requests that the premises be considered and that he have remedy so that he can reside in his country.
