Folio 148. Draft letter from the Poor Law Board to the churchwardens and overseers of the poor, Kirton, acknowledging receipt of the terrier of property belonging to Kirton. They ask for the extent of land occupied by George Wass; and an explanation of the statement 'rents derived from the property are applied to the Southwell Union'. He adds that if the lands were awarded under the 'Inclosure Act', the Board request for their perusal, a copy of the act and an extract of the award made by the Inclosure Commissioners.
