Draft letter from the minister, churchwardens and overseers of Southwell, to the Poor Law Commission, stating that a meeting of ratepayers and property owners had taken place at the workhouse on Friday 19 January 1838 for the purpose expressed in a resolution, after public notice and after a copy of the notice was fixed to the main door of the parish church, and stated that the paper signed was a true extract from the vestry book of the parish. It was signed by Morgan Watkins, Minister, and the churchwardens and overseers.
