Reference note on leading marks. Views of the harbour and of Spit Beacon lighthouse. Scale: 1 inch to about 570 yards. Compass rose. Engraved by J and C Walker. Inset: plan of the harbour entrance and Partridge Island; scale: 7 inches to about 10 cables. MS title: 'Plan No. 14 Fishery Commission': MS additions, coloured, showing [?fishing limits] and lighthouses. Signed by the American and British commissioners and surveyors.
