Description: |
Extract from a letter by the count of Harrach: the prince-bishop of Liège has complained to the imperial diet at Frankfurt [am Main] about the Hanoverian troops being quartered in his territory without his leave. He pointed this out at the time to Stair, who did not think it worthy of his attention. It may still be rectified if the king instructs Mr [Onslow] Burrish to approach the prince again.
