Petition of John Hyde and other ship owners that the following ships should not be detained in Maryland but should be allowed to sail to Virginia and back:

  • Hercules (100 tons, 4 guns, 10 men), master Joseph Burrell, owner John Hyde;
  • Baltimore (300 tons, 14 guns, 30 men), master Bartholomew Whitehorn, owner John Hyde;
  • Ann and Mary (200 tons, 6 guns, 18 men), master David Greenhill, owner John Hyde;
  • Fame (400 tons, 18 guns, 36 men), master Walter Hoxton, John Hyde owner;
  • William and Mary (260 tons, 10 guns, 22 men), master John Smith, Keyser and Wharton owners;
  • Mary (280 tons, 12 guns, 24 men), master Stephen Yoakley, Keyser and Wharton owners;
