Nature of endorsement: He is to have a writ to the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer that they are to inform the king in Chancery of the tenor of the process touching this business, and, as is said, kept in the same Exchequer. And when it has come into Chancery it is further to be sent under the foot of the seal to the appointed justices, so that they, better advised, might proceed further in the assize.
