Note: | CPR 1301-7 p.521 is dated at Carlisle, 24 April 1307, and would appear to be in response to this petition.CCR 1302-7 p.375 and p.377 are both dated at Wolvesey, 15 April 1306 - giving an earliest possible date for the petition.CCR 1307-13 p.308 is dated at Berwick-upon-Tweed, 28 April, 1311, and states that Edward I recovered the hundred by judgment of the court before the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer, because of a default by Richard Earl of Arundel, but that Edward II restored it to Edmund Earl of Arundel in the first year of his reign. | ||||||||||||||
