Description:

Thomas Lord Seymour to the Queen [Katherine Parr]: their love affair; Northampton's servant told Nicholas Frogmorton he was in Chelsey Feldes. Wrote yesterday of this but, remembering her command, burnt the letter. 'Touching my lord's [? Somerset's] promise, I trust to make you friends, assuring you that I wait as well on him ... to creep into his favour to bring our matters meet to pass'. Lady Somerset said she would see her tomorrow, Tuesday, on returning from Sheyne; desires her favour, 'from the body of hym whose hart ye have'. [Mar. or Apr. 1547].
