Defendants: Alderman Michael Englishe, Alexander Meryng, Thomas, son of Harry Warley, Thomas Hayes and Thomas Humfrey.

Subject: Messuages and shops in St Peter's, West Cheap, devised by Robert Butler and Thomas Wodd, citizens and goldsmiths of London, to the said mistery, whereof the deeds were sometime in the keeping of the said Harry Warley and Julian, his wife and executrix, now the wife of the said Alexander Meryng.
