Manuscript prize appeal No 445, from the Vice-Admiralty Court of Bermuda, filed in 1796.

Captured ship: Fame (master William Flagg).

Nationality: American.

History: bound from Bordeaux to Philadelphia, laden with wine and brandy; taken on 23 October 1795 by the privateer Experiment (Daniel Morgan commanding), and brought into Bermuda.
