Alleging that this rent had always been paid to the churchwardens for charitable purposes, for assisting soldiers on the march, for repairing the highways, etc, and not for a procession from Welborne church to Lincoln cathedral. A quit-rent issuing yearly out of the said tenement to the duke of Norfolk. The rent of a headland called Oselbek. Lincs.
