Short title: Backhouse v Phipps.

Plaintiffs: John Backhouse esq of Swallowfield, Berkshire.

Defendants: John Phipps esq, John Phipps gent of Sheppridge, Hampshire, his son and Mary Phipps wife of latter John Phipps.

Subject: Conspiracy to procure an under-valuation of the lands of the said John Phipps the younger in Hampshire and Wiltshire, in order to avoid payment of damages awarded in this court.
