Coin face: centre gouged out, probably as deliberate defacement; no letters or definite traces of central cross or pellets visible; bevelled edge. Striking head: fractured into V-shaped splits around circumference. Height 56 mm. Diameter of coin face with bevel 20.5 Without bevel 17.5 mm.
