Legend: - - VI / TAS / EBO / - - CI Coin face: quatrefoil in centre; deep gouge across face, possibly deliberate defacement; bevelled edge. Striking face with nine V-shaped fractures; flange turned under. Possible mark on shank. Shaft: barrel-shaped, producing an appreciable flange as it tapers towards the striking head. Height 59 mm. Diameter. of coin face with bevel 23 mm. Without bevel 21 mm.
