Legend: + CDWARDVS o RCX A o IIGLIC Cross broken above left; C for E; N unbarred. Coin face: crown, traces of hair and arms all visible; bevelled edge. Shaft: square in section where spike joins shaft, chamfered to octagonal, passing to round section below coin face; spike pointed, tip slightly furred. Height of shaft 111 mm. Height of spike 47.8 mm. Diameter of coin face with bevel 23.8 mm. Without bevel 21.3 mm.
