Legend: + POSVI o / o DEVM o A / DIVTOR / EM o MEV CIVI / TAS EBO / RACI / Late R; nicked V. Coin face: central compass point visible; bevelled edge. Striking face: very much worn and battered; much of edge worn away, leaving small amount of flange protruding from shank; a chunk broken off from striking face down into shaft exposing whitish core. Small label with number pasted over earlier numbered label. Height 56 mm. Diameter of coin face with bevel 31 mm. Without bevel 28.8 mm.
