Bergen op Zoom, North Brabant (now in Belgium). 'A New Plan of the Town and Fortifications of Bergen-op-Zoom, with the adjacent Forts'. Insets: fort at Lillo and environs of Bergen op Zoom. Reference table. Scale: 2.35 inches to 300 rods. Compass star. On sheet 63cm x 48.5cm. 'Sold by P. Brookes, facing Southampton-street, in the Strand, and M. Overton, over-against Fetter-lane, Fleet-street.' Title and historical description of town below map: the latest date there alluded to is 1727; 'the present seige' mentioned is presumably that by which the French took the town in 1747.
