Indented lease from Edward Carleton of Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, gentleman, and Mary, his wife, to Robert Gavell of Cobham, Surrey, gentleman, of their lands, enclosed grounds, woods, pastures and underwoods with appurtenances called the Hurst in Cobham, Surrey, with rights to use the timber (except from pollarded trees) for his own profit, for the term of 21 years, for £43 13s 4d and annual rent of £6.

Witnesses: John Bygnol, Edmund Wood and John Taylor. Two seals of Edward Carleton and Mary Carleton.
