Indented grant by William Wytchurche, vicar of the church of Stogumber, Somerset, and Thomas Lange, clerk, to Joan, lately the wife of John Roche, deceased, of all their lands and tenements in Vexford, Rexton ('Rixen'), Hole and 'Sentes' in Stogumber, Somerset, and Bulworthy in Exton, Somerset, with all appurtenances, rents, services, liberties etc, for the term of her life, with successive reversions to the sons of Joan after her death.

Witnesses: John Ralegh, John Radyngton, Richard Oty, Robert Bickombe, Simon Bryt and many others.
