Grant by Robert atte Yerd of 'Cumba' in East Quantoxhead, Somerset, to Richard, his son, and Agnes, daughter of Ralph le Bolur, wife of Richard, and the heirs of their bodies, of all his tenements he holds of the gift and enfeoffment of Amicie, daughter of Henry de Cumba, in East Quantoxhead, including lands, meadows, pasture, woodlands, moor land, commons and with all appurtenances.

Witnesses: John Alfoxtone, William Pavely, William Freeman, John Hethkoc, John Silveyn, Richard de Welwetone and John Eumterhese.
